Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with expertise in cold chain logistics, inventory management, distribution, and perishable products?
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of products from production to customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from production handover to customer delivery.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, and optimal cold storage utilization.
- Lead cold chain management and maintain product integrity throughout the distribution process.
- Plan and optimize logistics, transportation, route planning, and on-time deliveries (OTIF).
- Coordinate closely with Production, Commercial, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Drive inventory control, demand planning, order fulfilment, and distribution efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, OTIF, cold chain compliance, product waste, and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, traceability, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Lead logistics teams and third-party transport partners while driving continuous process improvements.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 6–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
- Strong experience in perishable products, food processing, FMCG, dairy, seafood, fresh produce, meat, poultry, or cold chain logistics.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and distribution.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and Microsoft Office.
