Job Overview
We are seeking individuals interested in making extra cash primarily around holidays and other busy seasons. Essentially being on call if we have employees call out or when our facility gets busy busy and our regular staff need the extra hands.
Responsibilities
Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, bathing, and exercising.
Clean and maintain kennel areas, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all pets.
Support pet grooming activities as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kennel, pet sitting, veterinary assistant role, or similar position is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with animal care.
Knowledge of basic veterinary practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A compassionate attitude towards animals and their needs.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
