Role Description This is an associate role for Strategy and Balanced Scorecard Experts.
In this position, you will work with clients to design, implement, and refine strategy and execution frameworks and balanced scorecards tailored to their organizational goals.
You will facilitate workshops, translate strategic objectives into measurable indicators, and configure the PerformanceSoft platform to support ongoing monitoring and performance improvement.
You will analyze data, prepare reports and recommendations, and guide clients in using performance insights to drive decisions and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in strategy development, strategy execution, and balanced scorecard design and implementation.
- Experience in performance management, KPI design, and translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
- Comfort working with SaaS or enterprise software platforms; ability to configure and optimize performance management tools.
- Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills, including workshop delivery and executive presentations.
- Background in management consulting, HR, organizational development, or strategy roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in strategy or performance management are a plus.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices to support adoption of new performance frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to produce clear documentation and client materials.
