Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao for a stem cell and regenerative medicine professional. The role involves providing patient consultations, evaluating eligibility for stem cell and regenerative therapies, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with SH360 clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include performing or assisting with stem cell and related regenerative procedures, monitoring patient responses, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The professional will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to ongoing clinical research and data collection, and participate in education and training activities related to regenerative medicine. The role also requires clear, ethical communication with patients and families about treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy, and related modalities (e.g., exosome, NAD+, hyperbaric oxygen, ozone, IV wellness, and photobiomodulation therapies).
- Strong foundation in biomedical sciences, cell biology, or related fields, with the ability to interpret clinical and laboratory data relevant to regenerative treatments.
- Experience with patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and development of individualized treatment plans in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of ethical standards, patient safety protocols, documentation requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines in regenerative and cellular therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex medical concepts, obtain informed consent, and support patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and educational initiatives.
- Relevant professional license or certification (e.g., physician, nurse, medical technologist, or allied health professional) in good standing with Philippine regulatory bodies.
