Position Overview
The Pet Resource Center of Kansas City (PRCKC) is a premier non-profit community veterinary clinic dedicated to expanding access to affordable, high-quality care. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, adaptable Veterinarian (DVM) to join our award-winning established medical team. General Duties
As a DVM at the Pet Resource Center of Kansas City, you will provide high-quality care in a judgment-free environment. Your typical week might include:
- Performing physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
- Leading High-Quality High-Volume Spay/Neuter surgeries.
- Managing dental cases and soft tissue surgeries.
- Collaborating with a team of 4 full-time and 2 part-time veterinarians to ensure the highest standards of care.
Benefits

- Full-Time Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Part-Time Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
- Time Off: 4 weeks of PTO, all major holidays off, plus 4 days for CE.

What You Bring to the Team
- A DVM degree from an accredited school.
- A Missouri and Kansas veterinary license (or the ability to obtain them).
- A commitment to the access-to-care model of medicine.
- Strong surgical and clinical skills (HQHVSN experience is a plus, but we are happy to mentor the right candidate).
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
