For our client, we are seeking a Sr Scientist – Global Regulatory Project Lead – Farm Animal to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $118,000 – $197,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Guide global regulatory strategy for product development focused on CVM/FDA submissions
- Act as the regulatory subject matter expert on development teams, evaluating risks and benefits
- Lead direct engagements with regulatory agencies, conducting negotiations and meetings
- Collaborate with R&D to align clinical trial plans with regulatory strategy
- Provide technical leadership on Quality, Safety, and Efficacy in submissions
- Identify and communicate regulatory risks and opportunities proactively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in veterinary medicine, biology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in the animal health industry with regulatory affairs experience
- Demonstrated experience in submissions and negotiations with agencies, particularly CVM
- Ability to serve as a primary regulatory expert on global project teams
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
