Peoples Poultry & Hatchery Ltd is looking for Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, poultry consultants, and veterinarians. Provide technical service to the customers to develop Poultry Feed sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt service.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with relevant departments.
- Technical support to farmers.
- Visit DLO/ULO/VS to promote brand.
- Conduct GSM/seminar.
- Arrange farmer seminars and trainings to develop market feed sales.
- Ensure Team work to Increase sales.
- Arrange model farmers and collecting data in the time.
- Frequently visit customers, searching new dealers to develop Poultry feed sales
- Frequently market survey and collect competitors information`s for technical development
- Efficiently handle customer complaints regarding any product or service of the company
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly report and provide updates to Management.
- Other`s task based in department rules.
Educational Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from any reputed university AH Graduate from any reputed university
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Poultry,Agro based Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Expertise:
- Relationship Management, Technical Support, Customer Service, Poultry Disease, Poultry Farm Management, Poultry Medicine, Proficiency in English and Bangla.
