We are seeking an experienced procurement or supply chain professional to be a key contributor to our international procurement operations. This role is perfect for someone skilled in logistics, planning, and supply chain management, who enjoys digging into details, exploring new strategies, and delivering results with accuracy.

What you will do:

Develop logistical plans in close coordination with operations, including international shipping, customs regulations, and port-of-call requirements.

Collaborate with project teams to fully understand procurement needs and clarify ambiguous or high-level requirements.

Conduct detailed research to identify and evaluate potential vendors, both locally and internationally.

Compile data-driven sourcing options to support informed decision-making.

Assist with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase execution under the direction of the Procurement Manager and Design Consultant.

Monitor and expedite orders proactively and resolve issues that impact delivery timelines.

In collaboration with site project teams, ensure received goods match specifications and reconcile inventory for each project.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term procurement goals.

Your experience & abilities

Construction Procurement experience in a developer – design build business model.

Multilingual, especially in Mandarin, is strongly preferred to support communication with international vendors.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, international procurement, or supply chain management.

Resourceful and self-directed with knowledge of procurement regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements in the construction sector.

Comfortable adapting procurement strategies to the dynamic needs of a global market.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in business, economics, supply chain management, or a related field.
