We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media & Digital Activation Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage monthly social media calendars and post plans across Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
Think strategically around seasonal launches and create full activation plans for our wide range of SKUs.
Connect online and offline marketing activities to tell one cohesive story.
Come up with creative, platform-specific content ideas that drive engagement and sales.
Work closely with influencers and key opinion leaders to boost brand presence and credibility.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using insights and platform analytics.
Stay on top of digital trends, social conversations, and local market dynamics.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably at an agency or FMCG brand.
Strong knowledge of social platforms and content trends — especially TikTok & Instagram.
Solid understanding of Google content formats (Display, YouTube, Discovery).
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Someone proactive, sharp, creative, and plugged into the Egyptian market.
Comfortable working across multiple campaigns and products at once.
A passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and lifestyle content.
