For our client, we are seeking a Small Animal Internal Medicine Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live phone consultations to veterinary clients regarding lab results and treatment options
  • Guide clinicians on specimen handling techniques and accuracy factors
  • Advise on the company reference laboratory tests and interpretation of results
  • Support customers using Point-of-Care diagnostic systems
  • Manage a consistent caseload and meet turnaround expectations
  • Document consultation interactions accurately within the CRM system
  • Participate in consulting service meetings and continuing education events

Qualifications

  • DVM (or equivalent veterinary degree) with ACVIM (Small Animal Internal Medicine) board certification or equivalent
  • Active veterinary license applicable to the state or province
  • Strong clinical expertise in small animal internal medicine and diagnostic interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills for relaying complex medical information over the phone
  • Comfortable working in a remote, technology-enabled environment
  • Commitment to ongoing education and maintaining Diplomate status
  • Ability to manage multiple consultations in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; other language skills advantageous
