Job Description

NETIS Group is looking for an experienced SHERQ Manager to lead the Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality function at the country level.

The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of Group SHERQ standards across all operations, projects and offices. They will also maintain the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 while ensuring compliance with local legislation and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Group SHERQ policies, procedures and standards.
  • Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and customer requirements.
  • Lead risk assessments, incident investigations and emergency-response planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage subcontractor HSE and quality compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and field audits.
  • Promote a proactive safety and sustainability culture.
  • Monitor environmental performance, waste management and GHG indicators.
  • Prepare regular SHERQ reports for local management and Group stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop the local SHERQ team.
  • Prepare and monitor the department’s annual budget.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HSE, quality, engineering or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in a SHERQ leadership role.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, energy or infrastructure is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Good knowledge of HSE legislation, regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Proven experience in subcontractor management and on-site compliance.
  • Experience with sustainability standards, ESG reporting or IFC Performance Standards is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
