Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Team Member located in the Greater Portsmouth Area. The Service Delivery Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring the smooth operation of campus services. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, supporting events, maintaining facilities, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall campus experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or facilities role is a plus
