This is a general-practice role with a predictable daytime schedule (not an emergency floor) on a team that genuinely supports professional growth. You’re an experienced technician who works independently, keeps calm in surgery and anesthesia, and enjoys helping newer teammates level up. A Texas LVT license is a strong plus — we value credentialing and reward it — but we also welcome seasoned, unlicensed technicians with the right skills. What you’ll do
- Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals during procedures
- Assist our veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and treatments
- Perform diagnostics, including lab work and radiography
- Prepare and administer medications and vaccines
- Support and help train less-experienced technicians
- Maintain accurate medical records and a clean, safe treatment area
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of veterinary technician experience (senior-level skills)
- Confident with venipuncture, lab work, anesthesia monitoring, and dental/surgical support
- Texas LVT license preferred (or actively pursuing) — a valued plus, not a requirement
