- You will have proven RVN registration, 5+ years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills. Experience in areas like anesthesia, inpatient care, radiography, or lab work is essential, with additional training provided for specialized skills.
- Key qualities include excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, and compassion for pets, owners, and colleagues.
