About the Role:
This is a senior nursing position, where you’ll lead and coordinate your nursing team under the guidance of the Head Nurse. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, provide mentorship & support, and liaise regularly with the Clinical Director to help set direction, shape team priorities and drive continuous improvement.
Clinical duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with referred cases in orthopaedics and spinal surgery
Assisting with anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging (radiography, CT & MRI) and surgery (inc. scrubbing in)
Supporting patient admissions and discharges, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout the referrals process
Delivering excellent nursing in-patient care to complex referral cases
What We Offer:
Competitive salary in the range of £36,000 – £40,000 per annum (pro-rata and commensurate with experience)
31 days holiday, rising to 34 after 5 years’ service (pro-rata)
£500 CPD allowance + 2 CPD days
RCVS and VDS fees covered
