- Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure smooth daily clinical services.
- Oversee patient care, lab testing, and hospitalisation processes.
- Support vet teams during consultations and contribute to team training and development.
- Provide clinical coaching to junior staff and students.
- Manage nursing responsibilities such as anaesthesia, inpatient care, dentistry, radiography, and lab equipment.
- Require RCVS RVN registration, 5+ years of experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
- Personal qualities include compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
