At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Senior Manager – Engagement & Internal lead initiatives to enhance employee connection and
communication. Oversee comprehensive engagement programs aligned with company goals, guide effective internal communication content creation, and focus on building strong stakeholder relationships to contribute to the overall success of the organizationthrough enhanced employee engagement and communication strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Engagement Scope:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and promotes effective Communications
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of senior associates, assisting in the creation of customized engagement plans for teams. Address challenges and capitalize on opportunities to enhance morale and productivity
Take charge of organizing and conducting communication workshops or training sessions aimed at improving the internal communication skills of team members, fostering a culture of effective dialogue
Supervise the development and enhancement of content for internal communication channels, including memos, newsletters, and intranet. Ensure that the content maintains consistency, clarity, and alignment with organizational objectives
Establish and manage key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication and engagement initiatives. Deliver regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress and recommending areas for improvement
Ensure the collaboration with HR team members for a consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels
Foster and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, promoting a collaborative approach to internal communication and engagement strategies
Employer Branding and Design Scope:
Execute the activation and ensure alignment of our Employee Value Proposition across internal & external channels, such as LinkedIn, Other Social Media accounts, and any related platforms
Create employment brand content and calendar management for social media and sourcing channels
Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned, and disseminated effectively via recruitment and attraction campaigns
Develop graphics designs for HR and internal communication use
Lead through designing events and initiatives to boost our brand as an employer on the market
Establish budget forecasts for each project or program (including marketing and attraction strategy and plans), obtaining approvals, and managing within budget
Develop and maintain various communication and marketing materials, including employee videos/testimonials, social media campaigns, etc
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Design or a related field
Experience 5-8 years leadership experience. Experienced in managing high volume inventory. Experienced in managing multidiscipline teams. Experience of working in the hospitality industry. Certified Pool Operator Certificate (PHTA) or the ability to obtain within first year of employment.
Skills:
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Computer Skills Knowledge in Microsoft applications.
Languages:
Fluent in English
Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations and Saudi Labor law
