Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Loan Officer located in Butajira. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards, and monitoring ongoing loan requirements. The role involves daily interactions with clients to provide exceptional customer service, managing loan origination, and maintaining thorough documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and as a Loan Officer
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and Underwriting
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
