We are seeking a General Laborer focused on tree and shrub care for various client locations. This full-time role involves monitoring soil moisture, operating watering equipment, and engaging with customers when necessary. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather and possess basic maintenance skills for equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Water at-risk trees and shrubs using various systems
• Operate and maintain water trucks and equipment
• Monitor soil moisture and adjust watering volumes
• Report signs of tree distress to supervisors
• Ensure safety inspections on equipment and vehicles
Requirements:
• WHMIS and First Aid Certification required
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
• Experience in hands-on, outdoor labor preferred
• Ability to work flexibly in different conditions
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
