the role
As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest-free during our busiest season. This is a route-based position ideal for those seeking entry-level general labor or field service experience. You will join a high-energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

Pay Information
- $18 – $19 Per Hour
- Expected schedule:
Monday through Saturday 10am – 7pm, approx. 40-60 hours per week - Season runs now through late Fall!
- Age requirement:
Due to company auto insurance requirements, all candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. - Bonus Potential:
Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
Your Role in Action
- Inspect & Treat:
Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely. - Document:
Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment. - Safety First:
Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices. - Customer Service:
Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems. - Equipment Care:
Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
What You Bring to the Table
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
