Seasonal Parks Laborer Jobs in Payson, Utah, USA at Payson City
Performs a variety of duties related to the maintenance of:
Park Grounds
Irrigation Systems
Trails
Open space
Maintaining and cleaning restrooms and pavilions
Helping with Events (includes some weekends)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience preferred in caring for grounds with a wide range of skills, including, but not limited to, general landscaping and irrigation work.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to communicate.
Ability to learn to operate and maintain maintenance equipment such as mowers, chain saws, pruning equipment, and hand tools.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, and the public.
Must pass a background and drug test.
Must be 16 years old or older (Preference will be given to applicants 18 and older with a valid driver’s license).
Preference will also be given to applicants that are able to work 40 hours per week through October 31, 2025.
