We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to drive business process improvement and deliver SAP/IT-enabled solutions across operations. This role will act as a key bridge between business users, IT teams, and shared service functions to ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with SAP teams to design, implement, and enhance system solutions (FICO, MM, SD, CO, IM/PS, PM)
- Act as a liaison between business users, SAP teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test scripts and validation of system changes
- Manage projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business objectives
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and reports
- Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization using SAP and digital tools
- Provide training and support to end users on SAP processes and system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis or relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, CO, IM/PS, PM)
- Experience in SAP implementations, enhancements, or regional rollouts is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in shared service or multi-country operations environment
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or system integration projects
- Knowledge of process improvement, internal controls, or audit frameworks
