Main function

Thorough knowledge of the products. The delegate must know the characteristics and benefits of the products, devices or medical and pharmaceutical instruments before making the visits. He/she must provide truthful medical-scientific information and also practical aspects on the marketing form for the pharmacists. This will enable them to recommend it in a professional manner.

Scientific disclosure. The professional should know the latest medical and pharmaceutical advances, and have the vocation to share them and disseminate them with the professionals in the sector.

Professional communication. This job requires great communication skills in order to be able to provide good services. Direct contact with health professionals is the basis of this work and therefore it is vital to know how to transmit concepts well.

Persuade and collaborate with focused physicians to achieve sales goals, using effective sales skills and performing profitability analysis.

Follow up. The job does not end with the sale. Once the sale is complete, you must provide assistance as needed to customers to resolve problems.

Adjust to the availability of customers and their schedules to make timely visits.

Prepare reports and proposals. This is a part of the work related to the sales presentation to show the benefits of using the product.

Offer information regarding promotions and discounts on the products presented.

Segmenting commercial actions. Using segmentation tools, the sales representative will be able to individualize the actions and adapt them to the identified segment or profile.

Prepare sales contracts and send orders to be processed.

Attend sales meetings, teleconferences, training sessions and symposium circuits.

Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement branding strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.

Cement positive, trusting relationships with medical representatives to influence target groups during the decision making process.

Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for feedback and reporting in the CRM system.

Aim for professional development and continuous learning, keeping up to date with the most current medical data.

Essential to reside in Seville and have worked in the area of influence.
