You’ll be joining the senior management team of a well-established luxury services provider group in the region to drive further growth!
Great opportunity for a revenue/numbers focussed performance marketing professional, ideally with some experience managing a numbers driven innovative marketing function in a start-up, with strong understanding of pricing and analytical tools. You also need to have a previous exposure to targeting luxury services audience in the region.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market share through innovation and new age marketing strategies
Drive a customer-centric marketing approach, ensuring all initiatives are relevant, commercially viable, and differentiated
Align marketing with sales initiatives to meet the business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration
Establish marketing frameworks and execution discipline, using key metrics to assess user acquisition, conversion, engagement, satisfaction and renewal
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and minimise costs
Market trends, forecasting & competitive Intelligence
Ensure strong launch execution for new products and features (product road map), ensuring strong messaging, differentiated positioning, and customer adoption strategies
Ensure clear strategy and execution for pricing and market penetration strategies
Facilitate cross functional communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives
Integrate marketing communications, ensuring consistent branding and messaging to customers
Drive excellence using digital-first, data-powered marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty
Champion content marketing
Competitive positioning & Brand strategy
Develop a strong storytelling approach
Build credibility and trust among key customer stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Key requirements:
Arabic and/or European languages in addition to fluent English (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree as a minimum
Minimum 10 years’ experience driving the sales & marketing function performance in reputable luxury services provider organisations, with strong understanding of pricing and analytical tools
Some experience managing a numbers driven innovative marketing function in a start-up would be an advantage
Some exposure to sales & marketing in mature economies (UK, US/Canada, Australia etc) would be highly desired
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar seniority – Director/VP/Head of Marketing – is a must
Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in substantial revenue growth and cost optimisation
A methodical approach to marketing, with experience in building and implementing structured processes, performance metrics, and effective training programs
Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve efficiency and effectiveness
Financial acumen in setting and managing key performance metrics & budgets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Proven experience in leading and motivating marketing teams
Strong judgment
A lateral thinker with a strong ability to analyse a high volume of often disjointed and unfamiliar information, identify problems and possible resolutions
