Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our poultry division in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the poultry industry and the ability to drive Artat’s diverse poultry portfolio while achieving sales targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Head, marketing, and technical teams.
• Develop and execute an operational plan aligned with business objectives in the UAE.
• Ensure effective team coordination through regular follow-ups and feedback.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Artat’s priority products, technical details, and market positioning.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
• Optimize territory and customer coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize losses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of competitive and value-driven offers for key accounts.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth for both Artat and its customers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• 4-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the poultry industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry farming trends, products, and customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of the UAE poultry market is essential.
