About the Role | 职位概述

We are looking for a driven and commercially strong Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of Addiction Pet Foods in China. This role is responsible for expanding market presence in the assigned territory by identifying, appointing, and developing high-quality distributors, while also directly managing key retail and veterinary accounts.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

1. Distributor Mapping & Appointment | 经销商开发与引入

  • Identify and map potential distributors across the assigned territory
  • Evaluate distributor capabilities, including coverage, portfolio, financial strength, and channel access
  • Lead distributor onboarding, negotiation, and appointment
  • 在所辖区域内识别并梳理潜在经销商资源
  • 评估经销商能力,包括覆盖范围、产品组合、财务实力及渠道进入能力
  • 主导经销商引入、商务谈判及合作签约

2. Distributor Development & Performance Management | 经销商发展与绩效管理

  • Expand company portfolio within appointed distributors
  • Set sales targets, coverage KPIs, and growth plans with distributors
  • Monitor performance including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory health
  • Ensure strong execution discipline and market coverage
  • 推动公司产品组合在已合作经销商中的拓展
  • 与经销商共同制定销售目标、覆盖类KPI及增长计划
  • 监控经销商业绩,包括进货、动销及库存健康度
  • 确保执行到位并实现有效市场覆盖

3. Channel Expansion & Retail Coverage | 渠道拓展与零售覆盖

  • Develop distributors to expand into premium pet stores, specialty retailers, and veterinary clinics/hospitals
  • Ensure focus on high-value and right outlets, not just numeric distribution
  • 推动经销商拓展高端宠物门店、专业零售渠道及宠物医院/兽医诊所
  • 聚焦高价值且适配的终端网点,而不仅仅追求铺货数量

4. Training & Field Coaching | 培训与一线辅导

  • Conduct product and brand training for distributor sales teams
  • Accompany distributor representatives in the field to improve sales effectiveness and in-store execution
  • Drive conversion at store level
  • 为经销商销售团队提供产品及品牌培训
  • 陪同经销商销售代表开展市场拜访,提升销售话术及终端执行效果
  • 推动门店层面的销售转化

5. Key Account Management | 重点客户管理

  • Directly manage and develop key accounts such as major pet retail chains, premium independent stores, and veterinary clinic groups
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive sell-out performance
  • 直接管理并发展重点客户,包括大型宠物连锁、高端独立门店及兽医诊所/宠物医院集团
  • 建立稳固客户关系并推动终端动销表现

6. Market Intelligence & Execution | 市场洞察与执行

  • Provide insights on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends
  • Ensure execution of brand positioning and pricing strategy
  • 提供竞品动态、价格、促销及消费者趋势等市场洞察
  • 确保品牌定位及价格策略在市场中有效落地

Requirements | 任职要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in pet food distributor management and key account management
  • Proven experience in distributor appointment, distributor management, channel development, and field execution
  • Strong understanding of China pet and veterinary channels is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • 本科及以上学历,工商管理、市场营销或相关专业优先
  • 3至6年相关工作经验,具备宠物食品经销商管理及重点客户管理经验
  • 具备经销商开发、引入及管理,以及渠道开发和终端执行经验
  • 熟悉中国宠物及兽医渠道者优先
  • 能接受在所辖区域内频繁出差
