Role Description The Sales Executive / ASM Karachi Sindh role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, with responsibility for managing and growing sales within the Karachi and Sindh region. The individual will plan and execute sales visits, build and maintain relationships with distributors, veterinarians, farm owners, and feed mill clients, and promote Snam Pharma’s product portfolio. Daily activities include achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product information and technical support to customers. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, inventory, and delivery schedules, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings and trainings. The Sales Executive / ASM is expected to represent the company professionally and contribute to overall regional growth.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in target-driven roles and territory development.
  • Knowledge of livestock, poultry, or veterinary pharmaceuticals, with the ability to understand and explain technical product features.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building long-term customer relationships.
  • Good planning, time management, and reporting skills, including proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, travel within Karachi and Sindh, and adapt to diverse customer environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Life Sciences, or a related field; relevant sales experience in pharma or agribusiness is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated integrity, customer focus, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
