Position: Sac County – Campground Host, Grant Park – Auburn, Iowa, IA
Location: Sac City
The campground host will be located at Grant Park, 1 mile northwest of Auburn, Iowa. Campground Host will need to be available from May to mid-October, with flexible starting and ending dates, and must provide their own camping unit.
Responsibilities
Assist campers with information and answering questions.
Explain park rules and regulations to park users.
Assist campers in registration through the self-registration process.
Perform cleaning of restrooms and showers.
Pick up trash and debris around the campground and within the park.
Contact proper authorities in case of emergency.
Qualifications
Applicants should have their own camping unit, enjoy camping, and be friendly and able to interact with people. Must be able to stay a minimum of 5 nights per week, including weekends and holidays. A background check will be required.
