Position: Room Technician for Rochester
A room technician is a vital part of Broadview Animal Hospital’s team. We pride ourselves in providing Quality Care with Compassion

Essential Job Functions as a Room Technician
Greet clients and be passionate about client education
Schedule follow-up appointments
Maintain medical records, including past medical history
Clean rooms to ensure they look unused before every appointment
Animal restraint and patient care
Fill prescriptions
Lift over 50lb and be able to stand for long hours
Obtain weights and patient history
Phlebotomy (we will teach the right candidate)
Process payments
Give vaccinations and perform nail trims
Assist with imaging or other service needs
Qualifications for a Room Technician
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of medical experience such as an animal hospital, an animal shelter, an animal daycare facility or working as a human nurse or LNA
All candidates must have a high school diploma or a GED

Full-Time (38-40 hours/week) with flexibility to fit your family’s needs
Shift differential for weekend hours
