As PsychPlus continues to grow, we are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management team in Pakistan to support our U.S. healthcare operations.
About the Role
PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to join our Lahore team.
This role is focused on supporting U.S. mental and behavioral health Revenue Cycle Management operations. The ideal candidate has recent hands-on experience working with CollaborateMD and a strong background in mental health billing or Revenue Cycle Management.
CollaborateMD experience and mental health specialty experience are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned RCM activities for U.S. mental health patient accounts
• Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and outstanding balances
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Review claim status, rejections, denials, and payment activity
• Perform payment posting and review transactions for accuracy
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
• Investigate patient account and billing discrepancies
• Review EOBs and ERAs to validate payments, adjustments, and patient responsibility
• Verify that patient demographics, insurance information, charges, payments, and adjustments are accurately reflected in the billing system
• Maintain accurate documentation in CollaborateMD
• Communicate with insurance companies and internal RCM teams to resolve account issues
• Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations
• Follow established U.S. healthcare billing and RCM procedures
Required Qualifications
• Recent hands-on experience using CollaborateMD is required
• Recent experience working in U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management is required
• Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Psychiatry billing experience is required
• Experience with one or more RCM functions, including medical billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, insurance verification, denial management, or claims follow-up
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle
• Working knowledge of mental health billing workflows
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with U.S. behavioral health or psychiatric practices
• Experience with commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and payer requirements
• Experience working with EOBs, ERAs, claim denials, and appeals
• Experience with other medical billing, EMR, or practice management systems
