Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer based in Bengaluru South. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, promoting products and services, generating leads, and managing channel sales operations. Other daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, addressing customer inquiries, and driving sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with diverse customer needs and build strong relations.
- Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to manage sales activities, coordinate with partners, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and develop business opportunities for growth.
- A passion for pets and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in the pet care domain or retail industry is a plus.
