Position: Resort Maintenance/ Groundskeeper
Location: Fort Severn
Resort Maintenance/ Groundskeeper
Reporting to the Resort Maintenance Manager, Resort Maintenance/ Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining general tidiness of resort grounds and ensuring maintenance requests are being handled in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily opening and closing of the pool and hot tub, along with daily cleaning
Daily raking of the beach and seaweed cleanup
Watering gardens and flowers around the resort property
Lawn care
General maintenance requests that come through daily
Heavy lifting may be required
Qualifications:
Candidates must be self-starters, and be able to work at a diligent pace in order to complete the tasks assigned.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cohesively as a team and on your own
Prior experience is a plus, but not essential
