We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and flexible individual to join our team as a Remote Veterinary Onboarding Specialist.

Position Overview:
As a Remote Veterinary Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new veterinary clients, training Chronos staff on our software and services, and managing deadlines to ensure both Chronos and the client are aligned. This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure clients and team members are supported. Flexibility is key, as you’ll be working with multiple time zones, handling last-minute shifts, and occasionally filling in as a receptionist or technician when needed.

Responsibilities:

Onboard New Clients: Lead the onboarding process for new veterinary practices, ensuring they understand and are set up for success with Chronos’ services and software.
Training: Provide training sessions via Zoom meetings to Chronos staff, walking them through the necessary tools, processes, and best practices.
Organize Deadlines: Manage onboarding schedules and training deadlines to keep both the client and Chronos on track.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication via email and Zoom with clients to address questions, provide support, and guide them through the onboarding process.
Flexibility: Be adaptable to changing schedules, including handling last-minute shift needs and varying client needs.
On-Call Reception Support: Assist with filling in as a receptionist or technician during periods when someone calls out, ensuring uninterrupted service for the client.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in onboarding, training, and customer support in the veterinary industry. (required)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Comfortable using Zoom and other remote communication tools for training and meetings.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to be flexible with shifts, including handling last-minute requests and being on-call as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience with veterinary software or a willingness to learn quickly.
