Our global pharmaceutical services client is seeking a Customer Care Sales Coordinator to support internal sales teams, customers, and vendor partners through the management of product returns, recalls, and exception requests. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering accurate, timely resolution of return-related inquiries while maintaining compliance with company and vendor requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process return authorization (RA) requests, including product recalls and exception-based returns.
  • Manage the end-to-end return process for standard inventory, special order, and direct ship products.
  • Generate and distribute return shipping documentation and labels for approved returns.
  • Partner with manufacturers and vendor representatives to obtain return approvals and resolve return-related issues.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal sales teams regarding return status, policies, and inquiries.
  • Ensure all return activity is completed in accordance with established procedures, compliance requirements, and service level expectations.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Accurately document return activity and maintain detailed records within company systems.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, order management, returns processing, or a related operational support role.
  • Experience within the animal health, veterinary, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with IBM AS400, IBS XT Client, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
