Company Description : Lethbridge Pet Hospital is a new animal state-of-the-art veterinary care facility located in Lethbridge, AB. Our dedicated team of pet healthcare enthusiasts and professionals provide precise and affordable veterinary services to ensure that pets receive the highest quality of care throughout their lives.
Role Description : This is a full-time, (would consider part time as well) on-site role for a Registered Veterinary Technologist. We also consider practicum RVT students. The Veterinary Technologist will be working to both their strengths and objectives, as well as assisting veterinarians providing medical care to patients. We have a full in house lab, two surgery rooms, a double dental suite, cloud based software, ultrasound, and all the gadgets of a modern pet hospital.
Located in a spacious and environmentally friendly facility with WELL Health and Safety certification, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality veterinary care to pets and their families. Qualifications :
Practicum students are welcome to apply
Experience as a Registered Veterinary Technologist preferred
The more knowledge and experience the better
Proficiency in performing laboratory tests is an asset
Patient care and fear free certification an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Relevant certifications or licenses
Experience with electronic medical records systems
