Steubenville Veterinary Hospital is a small animal, private practice, currently seeking a full or part time employee to join our team. This position is open to Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT) or experienced Veterinary Assistant. We are seeking an individual that is team oriented, possesses a positive attitude, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is dedicated to practicing the highest quality of veterinary care.

Pay is based on experience.
Veterinary Technician responsibilities includes but not limited too:
Emergency and Critical Care
Wellness Appointments (educate clients, taking history)
In-house Pharmacy
In-house Laboratory
Dental Prophylaxis
Digital Radiographs
Anesthesia
Phlebotomy
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Love for helping animals
Ability to demonstrate empathy
Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Desire to connect with our clients and patients
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Work in a fast paced environment
Veterinary Technician Qualification: Valid Registration as a Veterinary Technician (RVT). Prior experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) preferred but not required
