Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced LVT to

join our team

! Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments by coordinating and executing treatment plans, assisting in surgery, and providing thorough client

education

.

In this role, you will primarily assist during exams and outpatient care, maintain detailed medical records, review treatment plans, and address clients’ questions. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an

efficient workflow

to keep exams and procedures running on schedule. This position is ideal for technicians who excel in client engagement and schedule management.

This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Fridays, with rotating Saturdays.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

Compensation: $ per hour, for each hour worked*

Bonus package: $2,000

CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting

Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Ohio

Proficiency in the following skills:

Phlebotomy

Inpatient care

Surgical setup/ assisting
