The Position
The practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian *
Is eager to take ownership of cases and contribute to the growth of the team
Has a passion for surgery, ultrasound, endoscopy, dermatology, or advanced imaging
Enjoys working in a relaxed, fun environment where a good (sometimes inappropriate) joke is welcomed
Is excited to mentor a new grad joining the team this year
Whether youre a confident surgeon, an internist, or looking to build your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment – The practice will help you grow.
Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time or part-time options available
3 weekday shifts (typically 7:30 AM–5:30 PM)
1–2 Saturdays per month
Extremely flexible — unexpected events like sick kids or last-minute trips are no problem
Compensation & Perks
Competitive base salary range of $120K–$150K, ****
20% commission (no negative accrual)
Commission increases to 21% after year 1, up to 24% by year 4
