part-time farm worker position for the right person(s) on a small organic, self-sustainable family farm. Good farmland also available if you want to grow food for your own use here as well. Bonuses/commissions on sales in addition to part-time wages.
responsibilities
must be flexible, adapt to conditions and priorities that vary seasonally and daily. Ready, willing and able to perform manual labor for any farm task from seeding to harvest on a small self-sustaining organic farm (or willing to learn). May also require facility maintenance from time-to-time.
qualifications

knowledge and experience with
–organic/sustainable farming methods
–simple construction, repair and maintenance of farm buildings, fencing
–repair and maintenance of farm tools, machinery
–must be comfortable working around chickens, horses and livestock guardian dogs (2).
* excellent verbal communication skills required (english please).
