We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations for the west coast. This position serves as a strategic leader responsible for managing the operational performance, financial health, and team development across a designated region of veterinary hospitals. This individual will collaborate closely with regional leadership, corporate teams, and other stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, drive revenue growth, and uphold a high standard of care for patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets and optimizing costs.
Develop and execute regional strategies in partnership with leadership.
Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of accountability and growth.
Ensure exceptional client and patient experiences.
Maintain compliance with policies and mitigate operational risks.
To succeed you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of leadership experience in multi-site operations, preferably in veterinary or healthcare.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Other Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly within the region.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
