A fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading veterinary business as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key distributors across the Scandinavia and Baltic regions, in addition to leading a small team of territory managers.

To be successful in this position, you will need a passion for and experience in sales within the veterinary industry, particularly in managing key accounts and distributor relationships. Nurturing, growing, and managing these relationships will be vital. You will be joining a globally recognised veterinary company that offers clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Candidate Requirements:

Proven commercial success within the veterinary industry (preferably with established relationships with veterinary distributors in Scandinavia and the Baltics)

A proactive and agile mindset

The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently

Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage your own schedule

The ability to influence and support your direct reports in their own career development

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is desirable

Ideally based in Ireland, Sweden, or Poland (however, if you are located elsewhere but possess the relevant skills, please still get in touch using the details below)
