CNS Worldwide is recruiting on behalf of a leading international company specializing in innovative feed additive solutions for the poultry industry.
Position Overview
Our client is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia and is seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Sales Manager – Poultry Specialist to accelerate growth across key regional markets.
This role requires deep understanding of tropical poultry production systems, strong relationships with integrators and feed mills, and the ability to translate technical value into commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Business Development
- Develop and execute the SEA commercial strategy for poultry feed additives
- Drive sales growth across key markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, etc.)
- Identify and develop new distributors, integrators, and key accounts
- Manage pricing strategy aligned with regional competitiveness and margin targets
Technical Leadership
- Provide advanced technical support on feed additives (enzymes, gut health solutions, toxin binders, organic acids, performance enhancers)
- Deliver technical seminars, customer workshops, and on-farm support
- Support performance optimization under tropical conditions (heat stress, disease pressure, feed efficiency challenges)
- Act as a technical advisor to key customers and distribution partners
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends across SEA
- Support product positioning and regional marketing initiatives
- Represent the company at regional exhibitions and industry conferences
Profile Required
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of poultry production systems in tropical climates
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in poultry health, nutrition, or feed additives
- Proven commercial experience in technical sales within SEA
- Established network within regional integrators and feed manufacturers preferred
- Fluent in English (additional SEA language is a strong advantage)
- High mobility within Southeast Asia
