We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our team as a Regional Medical Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director **
Overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Salt Lake City, Utah area
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for patient care
Providing clinical guidance to veterinarians and staff
Ensuring the quality of patient care
Recruiting and retaining top veterinary talent
Managing the budget for the medical department
Qualifications for the Regional Medical Director *
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
At least 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
