We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our team as a Regional Medical Director. This position will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Dallas, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities of the Regional Medical Director **
Overseeing the medical operations of our clinics in the Dallas, Texas area
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for patient care
Providing training and support to veterinary staff
Ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met
Working with other members of the management team to improve the overall quality of our clinics
Qualifications for the Regional Medical Director position *
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
At least 5 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
