Role Overview
The Regional Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for all retail outlets within an assigned region. The role is accountable for store performance, revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, operational compliance, food safety, supply chain coordination and team development. This position ensures strong execution of retail strategy and consistent brand standards across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail outlets within the region, driving operational standards, sales performance and profitability.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts and cost controls, and analyse sales reports and profitability trends.
- Lead, coach and mentor store managers and retail teams, and support recruitment, training and succession planning.
- Support product availability through collaboration with production and logistics teams, and manage stock integrity and shrinkage control.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety and regulatory requirements, including audits and store visits.
- Support new store openings, revamps, relocation and site readiness checks.
Requirements
- Strong multi site management experience in retail and QSR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple locations.
- Proven success increasing sales, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with supply chain coordination in a high volume environment.
- Understanding of perishable product management, waste control and cold chain processes.
- Strong leadership and people management, with financial acumen to analyse budgets, KPIs and performance data.
