Novaris Search have partnered with a large veterinary consolidator who are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Director of Operations to lead the Georgia market. The RDO will be responsible for 10 mixed veterinary hospitals across the Georgia market.
To be considered for the role you must have multi-site veterinary experience and be located, or be willing to relocate to Georgia.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing managers in a veterinary medicine consolidator
Must have experience managing Specialty & ER veterinary facilities
Experience managing P&Ls of $25M or more.
Strong background in multi-site veterinary operations, demonstrating success in optimising efficiency and quality across various locations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Georgia
