About the Role: My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee and enhance the operational performance of our veterinary services across multiple regions in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional veterinary operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and patient care.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Foster a positive and innovative workplace culture across regional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven experience in operations management within the veterinary sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to travel across regions as required.
