The Director of Regional Operations for Georgia/Atlanta is tasked with overseeing one or more geographic markets within a network of veterinary hospitals. This position emphasizes identifying synergies and promoting collaboration across all hospitals in the ecosystem, which encompasses diverse market segments such as affordable care, general practice, multispecialty/specialty, and boutique specialty services. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role involves collaborating with integration managers to onboard new practices, set objectives, and ensure seamless transitions. The position requires frequent visits to hospital sites to oversee leadership, team dynamics, and clinical performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a positive team culture and relationships within hospital ecosystems.
Mentor hospital leadership and collaborate on HR strategies.
Engage with local markets and support tailored marketing efforts.
Ensure exceptional client and patient experiences and facility standards.
Develop financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive fiscal health.
Advocate for medical excellence and ensure compliance with policies.

Veterinary field background preferred; CVPM certification is a plus.
