MOVES is looking to add a Referral Partner Coordinator(RPC) who will deliver exceptional concierge customer service to our partner clinics while assisting our specialty teams in creating and managing efficient daily schedules. Working under the guidance of our Clinician Success Manager and COO, and in collaboration with our dedicated Basecamp team members, the RPC will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing growth of the mobile specialty teams at MOVES.

Job Description:

Partner Clinic Support & Medical Record Submission:

– Manage the call system by fielding and returning calls using DialPad; Helping to direct clinical inquiries to the appropriate individual (i.e. clinical teams, accounting department, launch directors, etc.) or support their needs individually.

– Assist with scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling appointments on our MyMovesApp (customer medical record software system), ensuring effective communication of changes to relevant parties.

– Guide partner clinics in navigating their individual portals for scheduling, rescheduling, canceling appointments, uploading medical records and x-rays, and managing stacked cases.

– Actively review market schedules to help stack / reschedule cases to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy of clinical visits.

– Direct clinics to their individual billing portals.

– Contact partner clinics to request and retrieve or facilitate completion of referral information.

– Upload information to clinic scheduling portals.

– Provide timely information to clinical teams as requested.

– Communicate confidently, professionally, and effectively with MOVES surgeons and on their behalf to partner clinics.

Administrative Tasks

– Manage email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or responding as necessary.

– Effectively communicate any changes in partner clinic information (e.g., contact details, ownership changes) to launch coordinators.

– Successfully communicate internally with the team utilizing our various communication channels (i.e. Slack, email, and Click-Up).

– Support administrative tasks related to local CE events, including the management of RSVPs and delivery of CE certificates (post-event).

– Support marketing initiatives, including market drop-ins, follow-up communications, and itinerary creation.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree (preferred).
3 years of clinical veterinary experience (required).
Specialty veterinary experience (preferred).
Veterinary customer service or technician experience (preferred).

Pay: $40,000 per year (Salaried; Non-Exempt).

Job Type:

Full-time, Remote; Monday-Friday 11am-7pm EST (no weekends or holidays required).

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
