We help brands get recommended where buyers now decide – Google search and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We do it by publishing genuinely useful Reddit content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI. Our clients span B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, martech, marketplaces, and gaming. Reddit is the center of the strategy, and we’re hiring someone who truly knows the platform to own it.
The Role
Own Reddit content end to end across client campaigns: find the right communities, publish content people actually want, and build real standing in the subreddits that matter. Reddit rewards authenticity and punishes anything that smells like marketing – your craft is contributing value that earns upvotes, ranks, and gets referenced.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, and post threads and comments tailored to each subreddit’s rules and culture.
- Target communities tied to high-intent queries
- Engage daily like comment, answer, build credibility, respect moderators and Reddiquette.
- Manage accounts and reputation responsibly.
- Track rankings, AI citations, share of voice, and sentiment with the team, and refine from the data.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on Reddit publishing experience, (share accounts or threads you’ve grown).
- Deep, native grasp of Reddit culture and why it reacts to marketing the way it does.
- Strong English writing with the range to match different communities.
- A record of building trust online without overt promotion.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to adopt the workflow.

SEO, content or community management background · familiarity with AEO/GEO (how AI picks its sources)
